THE PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR WEBSITE USERS
The web site operator of www.alexandrahotel.sk is company ALEXANDRA HOTEL, s.r.o., with registered seat at: Dvory 581, 020 01 Púchov, identification number (IČO): 36 845 981, registered in the Business Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 18354/R (hereinafter referred to as the "operator").
- HOW CAN WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The processing of personal data is lawful only in the case and only to the extent that at least one of the following conditions is met:
a) the person concerned has consented to the processing of his / her personal data for one or more specific purposes,
b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
c) the processing of personal data is necessary for meeting legal obligation,
d) the processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of vital interests of person concerned or another natural person,
e) the processing of personal data is necessary for meeting the task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to the operator,
f) the processing of personal data is necessary for purposes of legitimate interests pursued by operator or third party, except in cases where such interests are prevailed by interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of person concerned and which require the protection of personal data, mainly if the person concerned is a child.
- FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED?
The company as an operator processes your personal data in a following way:
a) E- MAIL BOOKING
Your personal data are gained directly from you within the range necessary for putting your e-mail reservation into internal booking system.

b) BOOKING ACCOMMODATION BY ANY ELECTRONIC FORM
Your personal data are gained directly from you within the range necessary for the reservation (booking) of your chosen type of accommodation.

c) WEBSITE VISIT
The purpose of processing personal data is your visit to the official hotel website (www.alexandrahotel.sk), the central site of Alexander Complex (www.alexandracomplex.com), respectively social networks on which the operator has a profile. The processing of personal data is governed by separate terms and conditions for the protection of your privacy which are published on social networks.
Legal basis: the person concerned has provided consent (interaction with plugin) or active action (participation in competition)
1. COOKIES
The operator may use personal data in the form of Cookies saved in the user's web browser to improve provided service or to analyse the results. Operator´s or third parties´ Cookies do not contain any personal information and collect only anonymous data associated with user´s ID. It includes data about viewed or searched pages. These data are never linked to user's personal data.
The user has a possibility to stop the use of Cookies and thus the possibility to cancel sending Cookies to the server in case of repeated server´s request.
The operator places great emphasis on the safe use of the Internet and electronic media used for data transmission. 2. WEBSITE ANALYSIS
Operator´s websites use analytic tools to measure performance and attendance, especially Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. This tool uses Cookies that are stored into website user's memory. Generally, this information is transferred to the Google server where it is stored. Google does not link user's IP address to his/her personal data. The data are anonymous.
User´s data are stored on Google server for 26 months. Google Analytics can store demographic data such as gender, age, location, etc. The data are anonymous.
Google Analytics can be linked to the Google Search Console to analyse Google's full-text search and how the user access the website. This analysis may include the transmission of user´s demographic and other personal data. The data are anonymous.
Google Analytics can be linked to Google Search AdWords to display Internet advertising (in the form of text and graphic banners) and target your advertisement to the right audience. This analysis may include the transmission of user´s demographic and other personal data. The data are anonymous.
3. SOCIAL PLUGINS
Third party plugins (applications), such as Facebook, Google Plus, YouTube etc. are linked to the operator's website. These applications are stored and run on third-parties´ servers. Operator´s Company does not affect the privacy policy of third-parties´ applications. Operator´s websites use third-parties´ add-ons that allow users to share, comment, evaluate the content of websites on social networks, or to sign up through third-parties´ account.
In this case, the Internet browser creates direct link between the user and the third party, by using cookies and transfering user´s data between websites, user's browser, and third-parties´ server.
Generally, data are not linked to user's personal data. The operator uses fundamentally reliable sources of plugins and add-ons on its sites. The operator can not guarantee the functionality or reliability of third parties´ plugins.
In the case of a user's action on operator's website through social plugins, these actions may be displayed on third-parties´ sites depending on the user's account settings (e.g., Facebook Like, Google Plus, Social Sharing, etc.).
4. ADVERTISING AND REMARKETING
Operator's websites may display advertisements including third-parties´ advertisements and these may be used to display advertisements on third-parties´ websites. The advertising system can use PPC or PPI technology and remarketing. These technologies are used on websites to provide the most relevant offer especially on third-parties´ websites. The operator provides through personalized user-focused advertising the most interesting display of an advertisement to which the user has a personal relationship.
The advertisements are displayed on operator's and third-parties´ websites by using Cookies and user´s behavior analysis on the Internet. This website uses Google AdWrods and Facebook Ads.
5. MAPS AND A LOCALIZATION
These websites may contain maps using Google Maps. This service may store the user's personal data concerning his/her location.
6. USER CONTRIBUTION
The users of website www.alexandrahotel.sk can make a contribution in the form of comments, ratings, etc., either directly on websites or on company websites on social networks or on their own social network sites through sharing and evaluation.
Any content, information or other forms of data and communication that have been posted by users on www.alexandrahotel.sk or shared through social networks or other applications, especially on third-parties´ websites are not considered confidential and are not subject of business secret.
The operator does not take the responsibility for users’ contributions, information and communication. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to publish or transfer any illegal, threatening, disparaging, obscene materials, or other materials with any discriminatory character and to insult human dignity on websites.

The personal data of persons concerned are processed automatically in electronic form and also manually by workers of the operator according to a sort of service or product. Personal data are provided to third parties only in exceptional cases of operator´s legitimate interest.

The person concerned has the right to ask operator to provide information about processing of his/her personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). The person concerned has the right to obtain from the operator without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the person concerned has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement (Art. 16 GDPR).
The person concerned has the right to obtain from the operator the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the operator has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where there is given one of the reasons established by the general regulation of data protection (Art. 17 GDPR).
The person concerned has the right to obtain from the operator restriction of processing in cases established by the general regulation of data protection (Art. 18 GDPR).
The person concerned has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her if the operator processes personal data for the following reasons:
1. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the operator,
2. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the operator or by a third party,
- for direct marketing purposes,
- for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes (Art. 21 GDPR)

The person concerned has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to an operator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another operator without hindrance from the operator to which the personal data have been provided in cases established by the general regulation of data protection (Art. 20 GDPR).
If the processing of personal data is based on consent to the processing of personal data provided by the person concerned, he/she has the right to disaffirm the consent at any time.
